Storing and Accessing Designs

My Designs folder

When you create a design with the Bentley OpenUtilities Designer or related products, the Workflow Manager sets up a record for the design and stores it in the My Designs folder.

Opening the My Designs folder displays the My Designs view. Here you can see a list of all your designs and basic information about each one.

Selecting a design in the list and clicking the Open command displays the properties for that item so you can view detailed information about the design or make changes to its properties. Double-clicking the design opens it in the Design Editor so you can perform design construction tasks. Bentley OpenUtilities Designer also opens the Design Assistant with the Design Editor. My Design View

Item	Description
Attach	Indicates whether the design is attached or associated to a work request.
State	Indicates the current state of the design.
Format	Indicates the format of the design.
Name	The name of the design.
Description	A description of the design.
Owner	The owner of the design.
P/S	The number of work points and work spans in the design.
Created	The date on which the design was created.
Cost	The current estimated cost of the design. The cost is displayed dynamically as the design acquires compatible unit data.
Work Request	The name of the work request to which the design is attached or associated.
